What we collect

How we use it, and why

  • To process, deliver and support your order (to perform our contract with you).

  • To keep business and tax records (because the law requires it).

  • To send you news about new work, print releases and exhibitions, only if you have signed up (with your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

  • To reply to your enquiries and to run and improve the website (our legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

We only share your information with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need:

  • Our website and shop platform (Squarespace), which also sends our emails.

  • Our payment provider Stripe.

  • Delivery companies, to get your order to you.

  • Our accountant, for business records.

We never sell your information. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, they use legal safeguards to protect it.

How long we keep it

  • Order and sales records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes.

  • Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

  • Enquiries: up to 2 years, unless they lead to an order.
